On the Enlightenment of Prince Buddhist Patriarch Won Hyo

According to Great Grand Master Seung Sahn, Bodishatva: He writes the brief hagiorgraphy of Prince Won Hyo. He starved six months to purify himself of all sexual desires and lust, and the kharma of the "burning house," which spiritually ingites hungry ghosts and the animal and deomonic realms of inordinate passions.

But afterwards, his Master wept over a dead fawn whose mother had died, and the fawn which had died because she was not fed her mother's breast milk. Dae Han, Dae Han, his master great. Great Sorrow, Great Sorrow, his mnaster yelled.

He then told Prince Won Hyo to enter a Korean geisha house of sexually indentured servants and to teacg them the precepts of Buddhism, while entertaining them with wine and food. Won Hyo broke every precept and rule, and became enlightened.

WHETHER THS IS A FABLE OR NOT, IT IS THE MERCY AND COMPASSSIONATE AND TRUTH OF BUDDHADHARMA FOR ALL WHO SUFFER IN MIND, BODY, SPIRIT AND SOUL!

He is my direct Silla ancestor.
